WHO are we looking for?

CAPTRUST is seeking a dynamic, operationally minded Senior Financial Planner Associate who will deliver high-level service to multiple wealth advisory teams. This role offers potential for growth with expanding responsibilities and opportunity for promotion into an advisory role with a rapidly growing firm. The position is in our Brentwood, TN, office.

• Build relationships with multiple advisory teams across the organization
• Manage, coordinate, gather and execute requests, reports, and projects related to practice management
• Responsible for collecting and disseminating information as it pertains to client invoicing, client cash management, and various other data
• Serve as a liaison for the Brentwood office with other CAPTRUST departments and maintaining rapport with such to ensure high levels of communication, professionalism, and a working team environment
• Performs other duties and special projects as required
• Based on business need, this role is to be performed primarily on-site

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Advanced proficiency utilizing Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite products

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

• CFP or required to successfully pass and obtain the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation within 24 months of hire date
• Ability to review, research, interpret, and discuss relevant data with multiple groups both internally and with other CAPTRUST teams across the firm
• Aptitude to design spreadsheets using formulas, linking cells and filtering functions
• Prioritization skills, multi-task skills, able to manage many time-sensitive tasks simultaneously
