WHO are we looking for?

CAPTRUST is seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our team as an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Senior Associate. The candidate will be responsible for contributing to CAPTRUST’s Identity and Access Management program through the development, implementation, and maintaining IAM policies, procedures, and standards. In addition, the Senior Associate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of IAM technologies and access requests in support of the CAPTRUST’s business objectives.

• Contribute to the advancement and growth of CAPTRUST’s Identity & Access Management function within the Enterprise
• Contribute to IAM policies, procedures, and standards
• Perform Identity & Access Management functions, such as account provisioning, entitlement assignments and access reviews
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure that security requirements are properly integrated into IAM standards and implementations
• Strategically contribute to CAPTRUST’s Governance, Risk and Compliance initiatives
• Ability to manage complex IAM-related projects

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience working in a similar role

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

• Technical knowledge of Microsoft Infrastructure and IAM technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, solutions, MFA solutions etc.
• Willingness to learn cloud-based identity management solutions such as Azure AD
• Willingness to build a strong technical IAM foundation that will ultimately support CAPTRUST’s long-term IAM strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understand how IAM contributes to a successful Governance, Risk & Compliance function in support of CAPTRUST’s security posture
• Ability to think critically and work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to sit for a nationally recognized certification relating to risk and/or job role and responsibilities
