Overview

WHO are we looking for?

 

CAPTRUST is seeking a Senior Finance Associate to join the Wealth Finance Team to support billing and accounts receivables for CAPTRUST’s rapidly growing wealth client base. As part of the Wealth Finance Team, you will work with a group of highly motivated problem solvers, with support for your professional growth within this team. As an associate, you will be heavily involved in daily communications with Financial Advisors and Client Management Consultants to manage billing for their clients. You will also provide support with data analysis, using various reports in excel to ensure accuracy in billing setup. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with all levels of employees, motivated to grow in their role with the company, can multi-task, and is comfortable using excel. Additionally, the associate will have the unique opportunity to provide ideas for process improvement that will directly impact the team’s efficiency.  He/She/They will maintain the highest professional and ethical standards, be well-organized, service-oriented, collaborative, and accountable while performing under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Billing Process for Wealth Clients: Support the billing operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for our wealth clients
  • New Client Setup: Facilitate the onboarding of new clients into the billing platform and ensure accurate metrics integration within our CRM
  • Monthly Reconciliation: Oversee the monthly reconciliation of all new business, providing detailed reports to the Senior Team
  • Solicitor Agreements Management: Assist in managing solicitor agreements and related processes
  • Quarterly Financial Analysis: Contribute to quarterly financial analysis tasks, focusing on data analysis
  • Accounts Receivable Processing: Help process client receipts and post them to our accounts receivable system, including cash reconciliation
  • Aged Receivables Management: Oversee the management of aged receivables, collaborating closely with our Financial Advisors
  • Project Assistance: Provide support for various project work as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent combination of training and experience required
  • 3 to 5 Years experience in similar role preferred

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

  • Advanced Microsoft skills specifically Excel/PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-starter and can prioritize and re-prioritize with little supervision
  • Detail oriented
  • Works well in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills
