Overview

WHO are we looking for?

 

CAPTRUST is seeking a Risk Management (Insurance) Specialist who will be a highly skilled and motivated client relationship manager to establish and maintain long-term relationships with our valued clients. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients are satisfied with our services and for identifying opportunities to grow our business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key employees and assigned clients
  • Identify and address clients’ business needs and provide advice on creating efficient processes
  • Schedule and conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Act as the point of contact for client complaints and escalate issues as needed
  • Collaborate with the sales team to cross-sell services and products
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to the service agreement
  • Conduct market research to study competition and identify new ways to retain clients
  • Update and confirm data into the firms CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, underwriting and senior management, to address clients’ needs and drive business growth

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:

  • 6+ years of experience as a client relations manager
  • Background in client service, with industry knowledge a plus
  • Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g., client satisfaction)
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, with working knowledge of CRM platforms such as SmartOffice

  • Strong problem-solving aptitude and ability to work well with a team
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and client service focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate highest personal ethics, integrity, and confidentiality
