Overview

WHO are we looking for?

 

CAPTRUST is seeking an Investment Administration Senior Associate who will support its Investment Administration team with a variety of activities related to supporting alternative investment data management, reporting, and proxy voting execution.  This individual will also contribute to various ad hoc projects involving operational and data aspects of alternative investments, separately managed accounts, and other areas of focus. The position reports to the Manager of the Wealth Alternatives Administration team.

Responsibilities

  • Work primarily within the Alternatives Administration team to maintain private fund transaction and valuation data for wealth client and internal reporting
  • Assist wealth client service teams with alternative investment subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls and other related actions
  • Assist with maintaining technology platform and CAPTRUST system data quality
  • Support the Investment Administration team’s proxy voting Specialist with monitoring alerts and responding to various exception issues pertaining to client ballots during proxy voting season
  • Contribute to various ad-hoc projects (short and long term) with team members, as needed

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a related role

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability in delivering high-quality work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain focus on complex or repetitive tasks
  • A proactive mindset with intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Natural aptitude for problem-solving and analytical thinking
