The Agile Delivery Lead is a strategic delivery leader who drives Agile execution across complex initiatives and multiple teams. This role enables high-performing teams, strengthens cross-functional collaboration, and partners with senior leaders to advance Agile maturity, improve delivery outcomes, and ensure alignment to business goals.

• Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams to consistently deliver high-value outcomes
• Drive Agile delivery excellence and accountability across teams and stakeholders
• Partners with Product, Technology, and Business leaders to prioritize, plan, and execute initiatives
• Facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies and enable continuous improvement
• Identify and address systemic impediments to optimize team performance
• Mentor delivery teams to enhance Agile capability
• Track, analyze, and communicate delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput, etc.)
• Drive Azure DevOps project structure to support and reinforce teams practices
• Influence organizational change to embed Agile principles and delivery discipline
• Contribute to scaling Agile practices across the enterprise.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
• 5–8+ years of experience in Agile delivery, including senior or enterprise-level teams
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced CSM, or equivalent Agile certification required
• Deep understanding of Agile philosophy and Scrum framework
• Proven experience coaching and influencing at the leadership level
• Skilled in conflict resolution, servant leadership, and organizational change management
• Proficient in Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

• Experience implementing or scaling Agile across multiple teams or departments
• Background in software engineering, data, quality assurance or digital transformation projects
• Strong communicator who can influence without authority and drive delivery outcomes
