Overview

WHO are we looking for?


A highly skilled and motivated Client Relationship Manager to establish and maintain long-term relationships with our valued clients. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients are satisfied with our services and for identifying opportunities to grow our business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key employees and assigned clients
  • Identify and address clients’ business needs and provide advice on creating efficient processes
  • Schedule and conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Act as the point of contact for client complaints and escalate issues as needed
  • Collaborate with the sales team to cross-sell services and products
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to the service agreement
  • Conduct market research to study competition and identify new ways to retain clients
  • Update and confirm data into the firms CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, underwriting and senior management, to address clients’ needs and drive business growth

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
  • Background in client service, with industry knowledge a plus
  • Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g., client satisfaction)
  • Bachelor's in business administration, Marketing, or a related field

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms such as SmartOffice
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-oriented attitude
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude and ability to work well with a team.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to manage multiple reporting relationships
