Overview

WHO are we looking for?

 

CAPTRUST is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Product Specialist to support and administer our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This role will work closely with the Product Manager, IT, and business teams to configure the system, troubleshoot issues, support feature releases, and ensure the platform is effectively supporting internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has hands-on Dynamics 365 experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a CRM administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales and Customer Service)
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CRM features, workflows, and integrations
  • Manage and resolve Help Desk tickets related to CRM, collaborating with IT and business teams
  • Identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend process or system enhancements
  • Support feature testing, production releases, and post-release monitoring
  • Manage CRM user permissions, roles, and security updates
  • Monitor data quality through Power BI health reports and address identified issues
  • Document system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
  • Provide training and support to end users, ensuring effective adoption of features
  • Assist with CRM enhancements, upgrades, and rollout of new features
  • Act as a liaison between end users, IT, and the Product Manager to ensure alignment

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

  • Able to handle multiple projects/work streams and adapt to a constantly changing environment
  • Investment industry experience is a plus
  • Experience in Agile methodology is a plus
  • Azure DevOps experience is a plus
  • QA/testing knowledge
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
