Who are we looking for?
CAPTRUST is seeking a dynamic Marketing Sales Enablement Associate II who will play an important role in supporting advisors and driving the firm’s sales effectiveness through prospect material development, coordination, and fulfillment in addition to collaborative efforts with colleagues and cross-functional teams for broader business development and sales enablement efforts.
Minimum Qualifications:
2-3+ years of experience in business development or similar support role commensurate with role responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing, English or similar degree
Desired Qualifications/Skills:
Excellent project management and organizational skills necessary with an appropriate level of attention to detail and accountability
Proven ability to positively, constructively, and professionally engage and interact with diverse groups of colleagues and individuals
Knowledge and awareness of business development and marketing activities, challenges, and requirement associated with an RIA within the financial services industry specifically for wealth management, retirement plan, and endowment and foundation audiences
Understanding and experience working within sales enablement and automation platforms and supporting technologies such as Seismic and Microsoft Dynamics
Must be a self-starter with ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment
Excellent interpersonal skills; Must be coachable, possess curiosity, and desire to learn
Must be able to demonstrate a sense of urgency and desire to win
Must possess poise and focus in a deadline-driven environment and stressful situations
Ability to work on multiple projects with simultaneous deadlines; Ability to consistently meet deadlines
