WHO are we looking for?

CAPTRUST is seeking a Performance Reporting Senior Associate who will be responsible for working in the Black Diamond® Wealth Platform to set up and monitor accounts in addition to managing reporting projects. The Associate will partner with client service professionals and custodians (Pershing, Schwab, Fidelity, TD Ameritrade, etc.) to research, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues that may arise. Associates must maintain the highest professional and ethical standards, be well organized, service oriented, and capable of performing under tight deadlines. Primary responsibilities may include the following, among others:

• Set up, monitor, and maintain accounts on daily data feed with various custodians within Black Diamond
• Use analytical skills to verify data, identify issues, and work to develop creative and scalable solutions to provide accurate and consistent data to our colleagues and clients
• Respond to incoming inquiries from colleagues related to troubleshooting and review of complex account and data discrepancies
• Assist on CAPTRUST projects

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Performance Reporting / Portfolio Accounting experience
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

• Previous experience in the investment industry
• Experience with performance reporting platforms such as Paris or Investment Metrics
• Detail oriented, analytical, and highly organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Understanding of finance/investments and accounting concepts
• Able to work independently, proactive and meets deadlines
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• A high standard of professionalism (dress, manners, conduct)
